The responsorial poetrys of Wang Chongyang and Ma Danyang have demonstrated the whole process of how the founding master allured, trained and approved his disciple in all aspects, which not only showed the master's founding conception and training art, but also reflected the disciple's psychological demand and inner conflicts, so they’re rare historical material in Taoist history. Quanzhen followers has published these poetrys as teaching material later on, which opened up a new tradition of preaching and teaching through literature, so literary creativity has become a significant stimulation of Quanzhen Daoism's expanding in Jing and Yuan Dynasty. |
