This article describes the nursing experience of a 62-year-old man who suffered from right-sided hemiplegia after brain tumor surgery leading to the patient faced the loss of body functions and physical and psychological problems caused by the disease, which inspired the author. The care period is from November 26, 2021 to November 30, 2021. Data are collected through interviews, observations, physical assessments, etc. Gordon's eleven functional health type assessments are used to analyze the main health problems as acute Pain, physical activity dysfunction, anxiety. During the nursing process, the author established a trusting nursing relationship with the patient, used music therapy to alleviate the patient's physical and mental health problems, utilized the resources of the medical team, worked with the patient and their family members to formulate a rehabilitation plan, assisted the patient in performing rehabilitation exercises, and provided Encourage, affirm and provide positive support.
