The medical work environment is highpressure, affecting personal physical and mental status, and job burnout and poor physical and mental health are common. Among them, the ''interpersonal relationship'' not only affects work efficiency, but also affects personal happiness. In order to further understand whether medical personnel can reduce personal psychological distress if they use Narrative-oriented sandtray to organize themselves, and confront negative experiences with a tolerant attitude - used to discuss the correlation between mental health, interpersonal issues and self-compassion for medical personnel. Therefore, this project attempts to take Changhua Christian Hospital as an example, imitate the existing local Narrativeoriented sandtray research structure, and discuss whether the sandtray can be used to expand the individual's view of his/her interpersonal relationship under the questions and dialogues of narrative therapy. In addition, used a scale to initially explore the changes in personal mental health, interpersonal relationships and selfcompassion among medical personnel before and after participating in the workshop. After participating in the one-day Narrativeoriented sandtray workshop, members reported that they had found their new position or ideas, their overall mood had changed, and they had gained resilience enough to return to the workplace and face heavy workloads and interpersonal interactions; some Participants expressed that they are more able to accept the facts about intimate relationships and family relationships, and learn to view and accept different experiences and feelings in relationships from different perspectives. Most of them are positive and have a sense of hope, and are reflected in their personal self-evaluations. Overall psychological distress outcomes improved. |
