Textbook Research Databases in Taiwan: Development and Analysis

本研究希望整合我國教科書研究資源，建立一個教科書研究的專門資料庫，有系統地蒐研相關研究，提供教科書作者、編者、出版者、使用者、研究者和教育行政當局便捷的參考。此外，除了從技術層面建立這個資料庫，本研究亦將從實質內容分析本資料庫，並根據其中研究焦點，參照國外教科書研究趨勢，建議設置教科書專門研究機構，有系統地規劃、培育、評鑑、獎助與應用重要教科書研究，以及充實教科書研究方法論，提昇教科書研究的水準。

This study tries to integrate the major resources of textbook researches in Taiwan into a database that serves as a reference to those who are concerned with the related topics. Apart from solving the technical aspect of the setting up of this database， the author， in addition， takes a critical study of literature review in the database. By looking into the trend of international textbook researches， the major contributions and limitations of textbook research in Taiwan are compared with those of other countries. It is suggested that the establishment of a textbook research institute should lead to plan， cultivate， evaluate， reward and apply important textbook researches so as to enrich methodologies and to promote and achieve a higher professional status in this field.
