How to develop objective validity criteria and evidence for performance assessment is the focus inquired by scholastic community now. So, the purpose of this article is to inquiry the content of multiple validity criteria and evidence developed for performance assessment through concise literature review. The first part is to describe and analyze the general and specialized validity criteria of performance assessment. The second aprt is to induct the empirical research method of validity evidence established for performance assessment. Eventually, the author provided some conclusion and suggestion for validity establishment of performance assessemtn. |
