Business Angel Investment Program

新創事業能為國家整體經濟與產業發展注入高度活力，促使產業轉型及升級，活絡國家經濟；因此，各國皆非常重視且鼓勵創新創業。國發基金為建立新創事業投資機制，辦理「行政院國家發展基金創業天使投資方案」，本方案自107年5月執行迄今，歷經方案升級、利多釋出，俾使投資更為靈活，並符合天使投資人與新創事業的期待。

With the aims of making the startup up investment market mechanism more compete and improving the angel investment environment in Taiwan to provide startups with operating funds in the initial period after establishment; and, by coinvesting with angel investors, borrowing the investment experience of such investors to provide the invested businesses with follow-up consulting and guidance and network connections, the NDF approved the Business Angel Investment Program at its 55th management meeting on March 24, 2017, and allocated NT$1 billion for the Program's implementation.
