Using suitable and effective assessment methods are one of the critical factors in the selection, evaluation, and certification of teachers and principals that are the important issues in Taiwan’s educational administration now. Assessment center method(ACM)that has some satisfactory effects in the selection, evaluation, and certification of administrators has been applied prevailing by public and private organizations in America, but has less been studied in education in Taiwan. So we review some literature to discuss the meaning, content, and implementation for assessment center method, and also propose some ideas for its applications in Taiwan’s education center. |
