因應兩岸經貿往來需求，金管會宣布放寬國內銀行的海外分行、國際金融業務分行（OBU），辦理人民幣業務，以提升業者貿易運作之彈性。

In response to the needs of cross-strait economic and trade dealings, the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) announced to relax the rules for the undertaking of renminbi business by the overseas branches and offshore banking units (OBUs) of domestic banks to boost the flexibility of their trade operations.
