現行師範學院結業實習指導辦法之檢討與引導計畫之設計

The Current Practice Program of Teacher Colleges’ Fifth Year Students：Discussion and Redesign

本文評析現行結業生一年教育實習之實施制度，其目標、實習與指導活動、指導人員之職責、實習教師之評量為主要分析之事項。並根據有關初任教師的研究文獻，及筆者之研究發現，以現行的結業實習的指導辦法為根本，再參考先進國家初任教師引導方案的內涵，分別為現行結業生教育實習實施辦法評析、引導計畫之設計、指導教師遴聘、講習及指導職責、本引導計畫之特色等。

The present paper analyzed the current one─year practice program for teacher colleges; fifth year students. The objectives of program， activities of practice， the responsibilities of people those in charge of the program， and the evaluation of practice teachers’ performance were mains points to be analyzed. Based upon the current program and the induction program of other countries， the findings of research in the field of beginning teachers， the author designed the program as a guideline for tutoring the practice teacher. The paper divided four parts as follow：the analyses of current program， the design of induction program， the selection of mentors and the responsibilities of mentors， and the characteristics of the designed program.
