配合政府推動設置自由貿易港區政策，財政部於92年12月8日發布施行「自由貿易港區貨物通關管理辦法」。該項辦法是依據母法「自由貿易港區設置管理條例」第17條所訂定，共分總則、貨物通關、帳務處理、貨物控管、查核及附則6章，共計21條。

In line with the government’s policy on the establishment of free ports, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) implemented new Regulations Governing Customs Clearance in Free Ports on Dec. 8, 2003. The new Regulations are divided into 21 articles in six chapters in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act for the Establishment and Management of Free Ports.
