本文旨在建構我國國民小學校長職前培育制度。首先探討國民小學校長現行培育制度現況與相關問題;其次,介紹並評析美、英兩國小學校長職前培育制度之優點;最後,以我國國小校長應具備的專業能力為培育目標,同時參照美、英兩國小學校長職前培育制度之優點,再加上學者專家與相關研究對我國國小校長職前培育制度之建議,規劃出一套具系統性之國小校長職前培育制度。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of the study is to construct a elementary school principal pre─service preparation system. Firstly, the study discuss the present system of preparation for elementary schools’ principals and related problems. Secondly, the study introduces and comments on the school principal preparation system of the United Kingdom and the United States. At last, besides basing on the professional abilities that elementary schools’ principals ought to have, the study refers to the advantages of the school principal preparation system of the United Kingdom and the United States and related suggestions to plan a systematic system of preparation for elementary schools’ principals. |
