行動研究的基本要求

The Prerequisite of Action Research

本文的主要目的在探究行動延寄的基本要求。在針對行動研究的目的，所從事的研究活動、所採用的研究設計與流程等層面逐一分析後，筆者認為行動研究的基本要求體現在其研究目的，對象即達成目的的核心手段。具體而言，若行動研究的參與者以自身的想法和行動為研究對象、以揭露及解決其中的問題所在以求改善為目的，並以反省做為達成目的的核心手段，就應屬於行動研究。這三點基本要求除了可以作為判斷是否屬於行動研究的最低標準，亦可對行動研究的進行提供初步的引導。

The main purpose of this article is to explore the prerequisite of action research.. 3 postulates are drawn as follows after analyzing the connotation of action research:1. The objects of research are action researchers’ own thought and practice. 2. The purpose of research is to disclose and solve the problematic of their own thought and practice for improvement. 3. The requisite means of research is reflection. If one research meets the three postulates， it can be named as an action research.The three postulates could be used to judge whether one research belongs to action research or not? Researchers who are interested in action research can also make use of them to lead their own action researches.
