In recent years, the global trend of Makers, the construction concept and ethos of Makerspace have influenced university libraries of Taiwan, making it a multifunctional and comprehensive library integrating learning, discussion, and creativity. The Case Study of Dah Hsian Seetoo Library, which opened in 2019 and actively develops Makerspace, this study interviewed 30 interviewees who had used the makerspace to learn about their experience and views. According to the interview results, the Management practices of twenty-one subitems of the three dimensions can be summarized, and it can be known that learners, teachers and librarians are satisfied with the current makerspace, although the learning results and needs of beginner learners and advanced learners are different, but most of them are positive feedback. However, Makerspace want to increase the use of other colleges, it need more human and financial support, and make the most of school resources, in order to establish a complete social network and feedback mechanism, to create a Makespace with suitable venues, sufficient resources, high-quality services, innovative learning atmosphere, and further achieve the purpose of creative exchange. |
