This paper highlights the importance of high-strength nano-medical resin, crack repair denture strength testing method, Ansys analysis and vacuum coating technology of hydroxyl apatite(HA)thin film, which can solve the problem of dentures caused by poor quality during clinical research. In this experiment, Taguchi's quality engineering method is introduced, and the orthogonal table of L9 (33) is set to find the optimum factors and levels of the maximum destructive strength and Young's modulus of tensile testing. Next, the universal testing machine is used to carry out the compression test of the medical resin piece in repairing tooth cracks; that is, to test the adhesion of the medical resin coated test piece according to the specifications, and formulate the test procedure and the best formula parameters based on the experimental data. Finally, the vacuum coating technology is used to coat the surface of the test piece and denture with HA film, which can increase its antibacterial effect. Through various research results of this experiment, this paper concludes that the best parameters for the tensile test results in the Taguchi method are the addition of 3% SiO2 powder, and the baking temperature is 100oC, while the best parameters for the compressive test results are Add SiO2 powder in a proportion of 2%, and the baking temperature is 100oC. In terms of antibacterial detection, the vacuum-coated HA film on dentures demonstrates a good antibacterial effect(3-4 times higher than that without coating). |
