新媒體藝術展覽中公部門、策展單位與展出者之關係研究

Research on the relationship between the public sector, curating units and exhibitors in the new media art exhibitions

隨著科技的發展進步及普及化，公部門近年來積極關注藝術與科技結合的應用，使新媒體藝術成為台灣當代藝術中的新興領域，各縣市政府也積極辦理新媒體藝術展覽，而因為相關的政府經費資源挹注，迄今已有階段性成果積累。然而，於新媒體藝術展覽中，政府機關資源如何挹注與分配？需要為當前與未來的藝術家創造什麼樣的環境？皆值得深入了解。對於政府機關辦理新媒體藝術展覽的公部門承辦人員、策展單位及藝術家（展出者）三者間相互關係之研究是當前重要議題，本論文除著重探討上述議題，並將針對公部門展覽策展提出具體政策作為，就策展單位及藝術展出者在實務上面臨的困難提出建議，作為未來公部門研究與標案設計之參考。

With the development and popularization of science and technology, the public sector is now actively paying more attention to the combined application of art and technology that the new media art has emerged as a new field of contemporary art in Taiwan, where county and municipal governments are also engaging in new media art exhibitions. Due to government funding, it is quite easy to observe accumulated success in stages. However, in terms of new media art exhibition, how will government agencies allocate and fund with resources? What kind of environment will the government create for the current and future artists? These are the issues requiring further understanding and investigation. The research on the relationship between the public sector, curating units and exhibitors in the new media art exhibition by government is currently an important issue. In addition to the issues described above, this paper would propose specific strategies for the public sector in handling exhibitions and recommend on the difficulties encountered by curators and artists in practice, as a reference for future public sector research and bid design.
