Minami Haizanwas a shizoku from Fukuoka, Kyushu in Japan, who studied Kampōmedicine. He came to Taiwan in 1930 and gave lectures in support of the ''Taiwan Imperial KampōMedicine Revival Movement.'' The Dictionary of Taiwan History contains the entry ''Minami Haizan,'' written by Hsu Hsueh-Chi. However, the bibliography attached by Hsu Hsueh-Chi after the main text of the entry is marked as ''The Curriculum Vitae of the Elderly Man Minami Haizan,'' which is obviously inappropriate. Based on the development history of academic research in related fields, this thesis clarifies the academic contribution of this topic. Through text comparison, it is found that among the total 259 characters of this entry, the text description comes from ''The Curriculum Vitae of the Elderly Man Minami Haizan,'' a total of 37 characters, accounting for only 14.29% of the total number of words; and those that are completely consistent with the content of Chen Chun-Kai's A Study of Social Status of Taiwanese Doctors under Japanese Rules have as many as 144 characters, accounting for 55.60% of the total number of words. It can be seen that the bibliography attached to this entry should be A Study of Social Status of Taiwanese Doctors under Japanese Rules, and it is confirmed that Hsu Hsueh-Chi plagiarized and plagiarized. |
