以主路徑分析法探討設計思考之發展趨勢

Exploring the Development of Design Thinking Based on Main Path Analysis

本研究採用主路徑分析法來探討設計思維（Design thinking）於學術領域的發展趨勢，首先運用Scopus資料庫收相關文獻，再以Main Path 437軟體分析其總體發展軌跡並以g-index和h-index找出較具影響力的期刊，接著運用集群分析將具有相似主題的文獻分群，搭配Wordle軟體將各群體關鍵字以文字雲呈現並作為命名的參考，獲得前五大子集群分別為：「設計思維對企業管理創新之影響」、「設計思維對教育及醫療等領域之影響」、「設計思維對工程設計之影響」、「設計思維對歸納推理能力之影響」、「設計思維對各領域組織管理之影響」。最後，針對分析出之各集群發展軌跡逐一進行說明與結論，並透過此研究之資訊提出相關研究建議。

With the increasing interconnect and complexity of problems in the world, conservative methods is no longer considered relevant to solve them. Therefore, several effective methods have emerged, one of which is design thinking. Design thinking is adopted by many well-known organizations such as Apple, Google, Samsung, Airbnb, etc. In additions, it is also taught at many leading universities. This study uses the main path analysis method to explore the development trend of design thinking. All design-thinking relevant documents are collected from Scopus database, then Main Path 437 software is used to analyze the overall development trajectory. G-index and h-index are also used to find more influential journals. The documents are grouped based on similarity using cluster analysis. A wordle software is used to present the keywords grouping. The top five sub-clusters are: “The impact of design thinking on enterprise management innovation”, “The impact of design thinking on education and healthcare”, “The impact of design thinking on engineering design”, “The impact of design thinking on the ability of inductive reasoning, and “The impact of design thinking on organization and management in various fields”. Some authors’ discussion and suggestion are provided.
