The international education trends are more emphasized on arts than ever before in recent years. The evolution from traditional STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathmatics ) to STEAM today is a good example. The ''A'' is the element with ''ART'' added. Art education in Taiwan is also gradually in line with international standards, and New Taipei City has always been working hard in the field of art. It can be said to be the leader in promoting art education in Taiwan. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to construct a set of evaluation indicators, and explore art teachers of primary school's perception of the New Taipei City art field counseling group. First of all, this research used literature analysis and interviewed with professionals in the field of art. Then supplemented by the implementation of the pre-examination questionnaire, so the indicators of the effectiveness of art education promotion were obtained. Then, a questionnaire survey called'' Artistic Field Counseling Group Art Education Promotion Effectiveness Scale'' was implemented. The research object were 250 primary school art teachers in New Taipei City who had participated in the activities organized by the art field counseling group that are not members of this group. A total of 201 valid questionnaires were obtained. The results of this study are: Teachers in the art field perceive that the overall effectiveness of the New Taipei City Art Field Counseling Group is at a high level, with the highest level of perception in curriculum and teaching professional knowledge, and the lowest level of perception in teacher improvement. With less than 10 years of service experience, the Qixing Division and the Sanchong Division have a high level of awareness of the overall level of the effectiveness of the New Taipei City Art Counseling Group. There are no significant differences between genders, education levels, school positions, and school scales on the overall level of the effectiveness of the guidance of the New Taipei City Art Field Counseling Group. Finally, suggestions are made based on the research results for the reference of educational administrative agencies and counselling groups. |
