Patients after heart transplantation may face physical, psychological and social distress, which affects the quality of life after surgery, leads to low compliance of medical orders, and increases the medical cost. This article summarizes the literatures in terms of rejection of nursing care, post-operative infection, diet precautions, rehabilitation exercises, and symptom-distress for medical professionals. It is expected that this article contributes to provide correct information of patients after heart transplantation and improve their physical, psychological and social aspects of health. |
