當休閒遇見性別：從性別平等教育議題探討不同性別面向的休閒阻礙

When leisure meets gender: Exploring different gender-oriented leisure constraints from the perspective of gender equity education

休閒與性別看似兩個獨立議題，實質上的核心價值卻有許多相同之處，皆是將尊重差異與鼓勵多元視為推動目標。雖然休閒與性別平等已被視為普世價值，但是休閒在性別議題上的不平等問題卻仍然存在社會之中，且容易被大眾所忽視。有鑒於此，本文逐一回顧性別議題在休閒領域的概念、休閒阻礙定義與發展以及性別議題與休閒阻礙等文獻，並分析近10年來休閒阻礙於性別議題的實徵研究，以提供休閒在性別平等議題上之建議，包含：創造友善融合的休閒服務、提供兼具休閒與性別意涵的教育服務以及發展從「兩性」到「多元性別」的本土休閒研究。本文期望透過分析不同性別面向的休閒阻礙相關議題，進而在學術上提供休閒領域與性別教育領域研究之參考；在實務上提供政府行政部門、教育相關機構與學校組織單位未來在推動休閒運動與性別平等教育的參考。

Leisure and gender seem to be separate issues, but their core values have many similarities. Respecting differences and encouraging diversity are objectives in leisure and gender issues. Both leisure and gender equity are regarded as universal values. However, the inequity of leisure on gender issues is widespread in society and is easily ignored by the public. This article reviews the concepts of gender issues in the field of leisure, the definition and development of leisure constraints, and gender issues on leisure constraints. In addition, the article systematically searches and analyzes the empirical research on leisure constraints on gender issues in the past 10 years. Some academic perspectives regarding the leisure constraints on gender issues are raised through the systematic review. We further provided some suggestions on the issue of gender equity in leisure, including (a) creating friendly and inclusive leisure services, (b) providing education incorporating gender and leisure implications, and (c) developing domestic leisure research from ''male and female'' to ''sexual and gender diversity.'' Finally, we suggest some implications for promoting gender equity in everyone’s leisurely life for the executive branch, leisure and multicultural educators, and educational organization.
