同步加速器治療中心之建築設計與空調系統設計整合要點──台灣首座碳離子癌症治療中心為例

The Integration Points of Architectural Design and Air-Conditioning System Design of Synchrotron Therapy Center--Taiwan First Carbon Ion Cancer Treatment Center

2021年台灣成立首座碳離子同步加速器癌症治療中心，在放射線治療設施技術上提供全新的醫療服務。本文以同步加速器系統為例說明建築設計與空調設備系統在整合上需注意的重點，目前全世界同樣設施僅有11座，建築設計上也較無公開探討，希望藉由本案介紹可了解少數特殊醫療建築設計的規劃特性與設備設計整合技巧，對於建築與設備專業設計者具有實質參考價值及實用性。設計規劃重點在於初步設計階段即須完整詳細整合空調設備系統包含配管數量與路徑、巨積混凝土結構、高強度輻射設施計畫與加速器冷卻水系統調適計畫、重點區域治療室周圍的迷路設計、抗輻射鐵板、加速器區域的空調管線開口位置與預留開口計畫。另外，對於加速器冷卻水系統的濕球溫度設定，考量區域性高溫高濕極端條件影響下還可保有冷卻水供水溫32±2℃能力，冷卻塔濕球溫度設計條件採用29℃設計，測試結果在30Hz運轉就可達到平均供水溫30.1℃。

In 2021, Taiwan established its first carbon ion cancer treatment center to provide new technologies for radiation therapy. Take the synchrotron system as an example to illustrate the key points that need to be paid attention to in the integration of architectural design and air-conditioning equipment systems. At present, there are only 11 similar facilities in the world, and there is relatively no public discussion on architectural design. I hope that this case will provide special medical architectural design. And the equipment profession has substantial reference and practicality in design. The content includes the key points of architectural design, air-conditioning equipment system, huge concrete structure, high-intensity radiation facility scheme and accelerator cooling water system. It is pointed out that when the design water supply temperature of cooling water is 29°C, the cooling tower can supply an average water supply of 30.1°C under the condition of 30Hz.
