The hybrid international commercial dispute resolution mechanism is an organic combination between different types of dispute resolution methods. This mechanism can promote the efficient resolution of international disputes and ensure the effective realization of the interests recognized by the award. However, it is incompatible with the traditional concept of procedural justice and is prone to questions and criticisms about the neutrality of adjudicators and procedural confidentiality under due process. At present, the hybrid dispute resolution mechanism mainly arises from and serves the 'new legal hubs' in financial centers, reflecting the quality and level of foreign legal services provided by a country. The hybrid dispute resolution mechanism helps to build and shape the core competencies within the 'new legal hubs'. |
