國際商事混合爭議解决機制是不同種類爭議解决方式之間的有機結合。該機制能夠促進國際爭端的高效解决，保證裁决所確認利益得到有效實現。但因其與傳統的程序正義觀念不兼容，易招致正當程序下裁判者中立性與程序保密性等原則的質疑。目前，混合爭議解决機制主要産生並服務於國際金融中心內的“新法律中心”體現了一國提供涉外法律服務的質量和水平。混合爭議解决機制有助於構建並形成“新法律中心”內的核心競爭力。

The hybrid international commercial dispute resolution mechanism is an organic combination between different types of dispute resolution methods. This mechanism can promote the efficient resolution of international disputes and ensure the effective realization of the interests recognized by the award. However, it is incompatible with the traditional concept of procedural justice and is prone to questions and criticisms about the neutrality of adjudicators and procedural confidentiality under due process. At present, the hybrid dispute resolution mechanism mainly arises from and serves the 'new legal hubs' in financial centers, reflecting the quality and level of foreign legal services provided by a country. The hybrid dispute resolution mechanism helps to build and shape the core competencies within the 'new legal hubs'.
