Under the perspective of the three ecologies, this paper analyzes ecosophy in the literary work of the contemporary indigenous writer Rimuy Aki 's Homeland of Mountain Cherry Blossoms. Rimuy Aki is an Atayal writer born in Klapay, Jianshi, Hsinchu. Homeland of Mountain Cherry Blossoms features how the Atayal Bawnay Lesa migrated from Hsinchu to settle in Namasia, Kaohsiung and later returned to his homeland Skarn. 'Ecosophy' in Félix Guatarri's The Three Ecologies includes ecological investigation in three aspects, subjectivity, society and environment. That is, spititnal ecology, social ecology and environmental ecology. It is suitable to discuss Taiwan indigenous writers' natural writing in this ecological view. This paper examines indigenous people's ecosophy in the contemporary Taiwan writer Rimuy Aki's indigenous literary work Homeland of Mountain Cherry Blossoms through three perspectives, the Atayal's subjectivity, local tribes, and the ecology of the mountain. In terms of 'the three ecologies,' this paper rethinks indigenous literature's new path in contemporary natural writing. |
