The purpose of the research is to discover the way of improving the teaching efficiency of junior high school teachers. The researcher uses the self ─ designed Professional Leadership Questionnaire of Investigation for the Teachers in Junior High School as tool of study, and takes at random from a batch of samples the sum of 422 studying effectiveness teachers’ samplings from junior high schools in Taipei City, Kaohsiung City an Taiwan Province. And in dealing with data, he takes advantage of T─Test, the One─Factor Analysis of Variance, Scheff’s Methods and Rank─Order Correlation Coefficient.To sum up, three of the research obtain results:\r(A)Sex─male or female, service, area, the classification of being educated and official duties in the school make differences in professional leadership of the teachers in junior high schools.(B)Pattern of service school, years of teaching and teaching subject make no clear differences in professional leadership of the teachers in junior high schools.(C)The three most important factors which influence the professional leadership of the teachers in junior high schools are the learning motive of the students, the teaching manner of the teachers and the leading way of the school principal.(C)To help make a conquest over role conflict, which helps the feminine teachers, in order to solve the difficulty of professional leadership.(1)To help make a conquest over role conflict, which helps the feminine teachers, in order to solve the difficulty of professional leadership.(2)To keep the balance of educational resources between cities and country─sides in order to terminate handicap in implementing professional leadership.(3)To adjust the teaching measure of normal college and university in order to promote the ability of the professional leadership of the teachers graduated from those schools.(4)To encourage the service motion of a class─guiding teacher hence he will have the wish of implementing professional leadership.(5)To desing ideal pattern of schools in order to supply teachers with good environments of professional leadership.(6)To give teachers opportunities for further study on the job in order to improve their knowledge of professional leadership.(7)To strengthen the school principal’s professional knowledge and ability in order to push the professional leadership of the teachers.(8)To help the teachers obtain the knowledge of teaching sociology in order to make better the implement of professional leadership. |
