The advancement of the perception of labor rights and past research on work-life balance benefits for enterprises, workers, enterprises, and governments have created a win-win situation. In the past study, scholars have tested the help of various interventions for employees' work-life balance based on different theories. However, most of the current domestic literature on work-life balance is based on empirical research. As a result, there is still a lack of systematic literature reviews and discussions on organizations' interventions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to fill the gap. Reviewing work-life balance and organizations' intervention allows companies to improve the working environment as a proactive preventive measure in practice. |
