This study surveyed the relationships between creative personality of preschool educators, attitude of pre- and in-service courses for creativity, and teaching for creativity in six municipalities. Data were collected with self-developed questionnaires and 228 samples were asked. The results are as follows: 1. Significant Differences by teaching for creativity were showed between different ages, degree, years of service and seniority; 2. There were positive correlation between creative personality, pre- and in-service courses, and teaching for creativity; 3. The serial mediating effect of pre- and in-service creative curriculums were stronger than the single mediating effect of pre-creative curriculums. As conclusion, this study suggested practical pre- and in-service creative courses for preschool educators. |
