Aboriginal people are economically disadvantaged groups. Due to the lack of education and vocational skills makes it difficult for aboriginal people to develop in employment. Under the current policies, the economic development and employment status of the aborigines have not been effectively improved. Therefore, based on the perspective of national economics and social economics, this paper firstly discusses the social and economic development of the Bunun people in Taiwan by means of literature analysis; secondly, through interviews and questionnaires to find important social and economic development issues; finally, the important issues are sorted according to the fuzzy Delphi method, and then help the government to guide policy formulation. |
