醫學倫理在醫療商品化下的挑戰

The challenge of medical ethics under medical commercialization

科技技術的進步與大眾生活風格形態的需求，伴隨著商業主義功利掛帥的驅使，醫療實作也漸漸產生改變。從 1990 年代開始漸漸產生醫療商品化的浪潮，已衝擊到既有醫學倫理的內涵。本文從醫學倫理與商業倫理出發，提出四種新的倫理類型。透過參與觀察醫療商品化下新醫療型態的出現，從中解析其可能面臨哪些倫理的挑戰。最後，本文認為應重新反思醫學倫理的內涵，以建立符合此新型態醫療之醫學倫理準則。

With the advancement of science and technology, the needs of the public's lifestyle, and the drive of commercialism and utilitarianism, have gradually changed the medical practices. Since the 1990s, a wave of medical commercialization has gradually emerged, which has impacted the connotation of existing medical ethics. This paper proposes four new types of ethics from the perspective of medical ethics and business ethics. By participating in the observation of the emergence of new medical models under the commercialization of medical care, we analyze the ethical challenges they may face. Finally, this paper thinks that the connotation of medical ethics should be reconsidered in order to establish the medical ethics guidelines in line with this new type of medical.
