目的: 護理學生對口服給藥態度與行為相關因素。 方法: 橫斷式立意取樣方式,北部某管理專科學校護理學生共282份有效問卷,含護理學生基本屬性、口服給藥態度量表、口服給藥行為量表。SPSS20進行平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關進行資料分析。 結果: 1.「態度」與「確認藥物與醫囑相符之行為」達低度正相關(r = .21, p< .001);與「確認藥物符合病情之行為」(r = .36, p < .001)及「確認病人確實服藥之行為」(r = .34, p <.001)分別達低度正相關;2.在「確認病人確實服藥之行為」四年級的平均數較三年級為高(M = 4.49 vs. 4.38, p < .05)。 結論: 本研究結果可作為北部某護理科專科學校護理學生給藥標準技術擬定與實施參考,對於提昇護理學生給藥品質將有實質助益。 |

Methods:A cross-sectional study design, and the targets of the study were 282nursing s tudents. There were some structural questionnaires- demographic background information, oral medication attitude scale for nursing procedure and oral medication behavioral scale for nursing procedure. The collected data are analyzed through the SPSS 20 for mean calculation, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson productmoment correlation coefficient, and analysis. Results: There are two main findings in this research. First, 'Attitude' has a low degree of positive correlation with 'behavior of confirming that the medication is in accordance with the doctor's order' (r = .21, p < .001); 'Attitude' has a low degree of positive correlation with 'behavior of confirming that the medication is in line with the condition. (r = .36, p < .001);'Attitude' has a low degree of positive correlation with 'behavior of confirming that the patient is actually taking the medicine. (r = .34, p < .001);Second, Grade 4 students score higher than Grade 3 students in the “behavior of confirming that the patient is actually taking medication". (M = 4.48 vs. 4.38, p <.05). Conclusions: The results of this study were intended to be used as references for improving the strategic development of the nursing procedure of oral medication administration, teaching training and upgrading the quality of nursing students' medication administration. |
