川上弘美「かぐや」の『竹取物語』引用

The Allusion of“Taketori-monogatari”in“Kaguya”of Hiromi Kawakami

川上弘美の短篇小説（単行本未収録）の「かぐや」は、一人称の語り手である主人公の「わたし」が京都在住の男を彼の誕生日に訪問し、彼にプレゼントを渡し、昼食を同席する約束を取り付ける話だが、「わたし」が乗った新幹線に長髪の美少女が同乗しており、「わたし」は彼女とともに行動することになるという話である。
小説のタイトルによって、この美少女の正体が「かぐや姫」であろうと考えられる点で、『竹取物語』の引用だということは明らかだが、この美少女と原作の姫君には相違点があり、その相違点によって、原作の解釈が従来とは異なるものにできる、と考えられる。つまり、第一に、原作の姫君と求婚者の関係には、求婚者に傲慢さが認められるのだが、この川上の短篇によって、そういった傲慢さは、姫君のほうにも看取できるようになる。
また、第二に、姫君が人間らしい同情を示すのが求婚者の中では唯一、「石上麻呂足」に対してだけであり、それは彼の死に関してだけの反応だと考えられている。しかし、この短篇から原作を読み直してみると、彼の死だけの反応なのではなく、その美少女が「貝殻」を持参していることによって、原作の姫君にも反省と後悔が読み取れると考えられるのである。

川上弘美的短篇小説（單行本未收錄）〈赫映〉是第一人稱敘述者的主角「我」在某男性生日那天訪問居住在京都的他，送給他禮物並約好要共進午餐的一個故事；而「我」所搭乘的新幹線上坐著長髮的美少女，所以「我」便與她一起行動。
從小說的題名來看，可將這個美少女的真正身分看作是「赫映公主」，所以明顯可知道這來自《竹取物語》的引用，但是這位美少女與原作的公主有異同之處，而此異同處可以讓原作的解釋與以前有所不同。
也就是說，第一，在原作的公主與求婚者的關係上，可以發現求婚者的傲慢，但由川上的短篇來看，這種傲慢也可以在公主身上看到。
另外，第二點，公主面對求婚者中唯一表現出人類般的同情的只有在面對「石上麻呂足」時，而這也只是對於他的死所做出的反應。但是從此短篇來重新閱讀原作時，可以看出不只是對於他的死所做出的反應，從這位美少女持有「貝殻」這一點來看，原作的公主也有著反省與後悔之念。

The character of this beautiful girl is the point that I can think it would be 'Kaguya-hime' by the title of the novel, and it's clear that it's quotation of 'the Moon Princess', but I can think this beautiful girl and a princess of an original work have a point of difference, and something different can interpret an original work as the past by the point of difference.
rIn other words, first arrogance is admitted by a suitor in a relation between a princess of an original work and a suitor, in the way where such arrogance is a princess by this upstream short story, kanshu, can, come. Second, it's only to 'Ishiue maroashi' to indicate the sympathy by which a princess seems to be man only in the suitor, and that's he, I die, it's concerned, only and, it's thought that it's a reaction.
eBut when an original work will be reread from this short story, I can think a princess of an original work can read reflection and a regret by the case that the beautiful girl brings 'shell', not the one by which only his death is a reaction, too.
