2019年開始全球受新型冠狀病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情極大影響，新興傳染病的出現，造成醫療工作者很大的壓力，不僅工作負擔增加，還會擔心自己、家人被傳染的風險，本文運用公共衛生概念，建構員工防疫心理支持與協助流程，並擬訂執行策略，早期偵測員工心理壓力，早期介入關懷，提升正向復原力。 |
| 英文摘要 |
The world has been greatly affected during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemicsince 2019. The emergence of emerging infectious diseases has caused great stress on healthcare workers. In addition to the increasing workload, they are fear of being infected with COVID-19 and transmitting the disease to family members. The aim of our article is to establish hospital staff's psychological support and mental assistance for epidemic prevention, to formulate implementation strategies for early detection of staff's psychological stress and to promote resilience. |
