新冠肺炎防疫醫院工程建置與動線規劃之經驗分享

Experience Sharing of Hospital Construction and Movement Planning in Response to the COVID-19

面對COVID-19疫情的爆發，急診室是站在疫情的風口浪前並肩負為病房安全把關，守護著醫院安全及全人民健康，同時工作人員也擔心、害怕自己感染COVID-19及傳染給家人，故醫院調整與優化硬體防疫工程及動線規劃並掌握中央流行疫情指揮中心的政策，滾動式調整規劃，期許設施擴充及超前部屬整備，嚴正以待嚴峻的疫情，讓病毒杜絕醫院內感染，藉由醫院工程優化建置與動線規劃，提供工作人員於職場中優質及安全的工作環境，期望能成為他院或其他新興傳染病防治之參考。

In the face of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the emergency room is standing in front of the epidemic and takes the responsibility of guarding the safety of the hospital and the health of the country. To avoid the transmission of the virus among the staff, their family members and the hospital , we construct the hospital infrastructures, hardware, and the transportation route to provide the staff and the other people working in the safe and high quality hospital environment. We also follow the CDC policy and revise ourselves on time. In addition, we also wish to become a standard model of the prevention and control of emerging infectious disease to other hospitals.
