The Ministry of Education encourages colleges and universities to implement the 'Five-year college graduates' participation in the Workplace Youth Fly High Program'. It is the Ministry of Education's good intentions to enable five-year college graduates to apply what they have learned and increase employment rates, and to attract students' acceptance College education, support disadvantaged college students and promote college graduates to enter the job market, undergraduates in the 106 academic year to promote the Youth Fly High Program, a total of 4 internship organizations and companies cooperate to match 6 students to participate, but in the 107 academic year to promote the Youth Fly High Program 3 students from 2 internship institutions and companies cooperated to match; looking at the other four subjects of our school in promoting the Youth Fly High Program, not only did the number of students with partner institutions and matchmaking increase significantly, but the undergraduate was promoting the Youth Fly High Program. The effectiveness of the number of cooperative institutions in the painting part and the number of students participating in the matchmaking is relatively unsatisfactory. Therefore, I would like to use this research to explore the problems caused by the difficulties of the undergraduates in the promotion of the wing program, and to seek important references for solutions and improvements.
Based on the results of this questionnaire, it is inferred that students' knowledge and behavior of this project are obviously different, and the reasons why students are not willing to participate in the Youth Fly High Program are 'want to get a job but not be tied up' and 'have no clear goals for the future.' Two reasons accounted for the largest number, followed by 'want to enter a higher education, and the last is 'cooperating unit has no favorite field.' Therefore, the representative companies clearly agree that the employment development plan has a positive effect on the cultivation of corporate talents, and agree that the undergraduate program has positively affirmed the cultivation of interns and graduates. |
