澳門幼兒家長選擇幼稚園的經驗探討

A discussion on the experience of parents choosing kindergarten in Macau

本研究以質性訪談的方式，訪問十二位子女分別就讀公幼、免費私幼及非免費私幼的澳門幼兒家長，分享其選擇幼稚園的經驗，包括一、澳門幼兒家長的期望與需求；二、澳門幼兒家長選擇幼稚園過程與想法；三、子女就讀幼稚園後的家長感受。研究結果顯示澳門幼兒家長在選擇幼稚園時，受面試制度、社會價值觀、澳門幼稚園的多元性及家長的個人認知與條件影響。根據上述研究結果，研究者對家長、幼稚園及政府提出一些建議以作為參考。
This research uses qualitative interviews to select 12 parents whose children are enrolled in public kindergartens, free private kindergartens and non-free private kindergartens to discuss the parents’choice of kindergartens, that including 1. The expectations and needs of parents; 2. The process and idea of parents choosing kindergarten; 3. Parents' feelings after their children attend kindergarten. As a result, the social values, education system, interview system, diversity of kindergartens and the knowledge of the young children’s parents are influenced the parental choice of kindergartens. Based on the above findings，this researcher provide some suggestions for the parents, kindergartens, and the government for references.
