中國大陸集團幼兒園內部組織溝通研究──以溫州市A公立集團幼兒園為例

The Internal Organizational Communication of Group Kindergartens-Take ''A'' Public Group Kindergarten in Wenzhou as the Case Study

中國大陸各地方政府運用地理位置優勢廣設幼兒園，以原幼兒園附設分園途徑，組成集團幼兒園。集團幼兒園由多個園區組成，其內部組織較為複雜，良好的內部溝通有易於促進集團幼兒園組織完整，亦是實現有效率運行和永續發展重要因素。本研究選取溫州市A公立集團幼兒園為研究個案，主要採用文獻法、訪談法，先分析內部組織溝通理論，再探討其內部組織溝通現狀、影響因素及面臨問題，最後提出建議，作為集團幼兒園內部組織溝通參考。

Local governments in China make use of the advantages of geographical location to set up a wide range of kindergartens through the original kindergartens with sub-garden, which comprises the group kindergartens. The group kindergartens consist of several parks, its internal organization are more complicated, so good internal communication is easy to make the group kindergarten organization integrate and is also an important factor to achieve efficient operation and sustainable development. This study selected ''A'' public group kindergarten in Wenzhou as the case study, mainly using the method of literature and interview. This study first analyzes the theory of internal organizational communication, and then discusses the status quo, influencing factors and problems of internal organizational communication, and finally puts forward suggestions as the reference for internal organizational communication of group kindergartens.
