With the advent of digital financial technology era, facing the challenges from all walks of life in the world, the business content of commercial banks can no longer be limited to the traditional business system, but should actively transform and upgrade, use scientific analysis to meet the new needs of consumers in the era of Internet of things, and integrate resources to provide services in an innovative and efficient way.
In this study, through text analysis, case interviews, conversations with senior management, human resources department and front-line counter staff of branches are conducted to understand their views on the changes and transformation of the operating system of Taiwan's commercial banks. In depth interviews are used for the 'Application of technology and finance', 'adjustment of human resources and employees' and 'changes after the implementation of transformation' of traditional commercial banksTo obtain information. After sorting out the interview results, the paper divided the case into three parts to improve the existing operation mode. It is hoped that the results of this study can also provide a reference for the transformation direction ofGreater China commercial banks in response to the advent of the financial technology era.
