Building maintenance management plays a vital role in coordinating the balance between people and the environment. The environment around us is constantly changing,and the living patterns of residents will also change with it. Therefore,how a building responds to the environment and achieves people-oriented and environmental friendliness has become an important topic in the discussion of smart building maintenance and management. The smart building maintenance and operation adjustment management project proposed in this research is based on digital twins. The goal is to assist the decision-making process in building maintenance management through context-awareness. Use dynamic data to continuously update maintenance information to achieve the purpose of active adjustment. This research proposes seven services that can be involved in current building maintenance management,namelym, Energy Monitoring, Facility optimization, Predictive maintenance, Safety and security, Spatial management, Life Cycle Management,Demand management. |
