本文主要在探究一位國小資優班教師面臨教學困境後，透過參與素養導向教師社群，嘗試將素養導向內涵納入課程設計與實施的歷程與發現，以及個人在心境上、知能上的轉變。課程設計者以大稻埕的多元觀點作為主軸概念，設計符合資優素養導向的課程案例，並分享素養導向課程設計與教學的關鍵重點及未來挑戰。

"The purpose of this study is to explore the experience and personal transformation of an elementary school gifted class teacher, who faced difficulties in teaching then tried to incorporate competencies-oriented connotation into the curriculum design. Take Dadaocheng's multiple viewpoints as the main concept, the teacher designed a parliamentary courses combined with gifted competencies and localization. And sharing the key points and future challenges of competencies-oriented curriculum design and teaching."
