"Using the DEMATEL method to find the prominence, relation, and causal paths among constructs and factors, this research identified seven constructs, 15 factors based on Bloom and Chatterjis' SCALER model. It is suggested that 'staffing' and 'stimulating the market forces' are key constructs, while 'to be effective at meeting our labor needs with people who have the necessary skills,' 'to find ways that finance our activities that keep us sustainable,' and 'to demonstrate that market forces can resolve social problems' are key factors in the decision to scale up social enterprises. This research has also developed a framework for guiding strategy prioritization and sequencing." |
