"The COVID-19 pandemic brings us extraordinary challenges and terminates the trend of globalization directly. This paper, relying on healing people with heart, grands foundation on life quality to nurture a sensitivity to global human suffering, adopts a macro comparative history approach to most recent emerging pandemic, studies new phenomenon at its outset and inquiries into details once we begin to care. Providing quarantine services or early treatments to COVID-19 victims or suspected cases will not only ensure their own safety, but also benefit families through reducing the chances of infection. Providing moving restrictions on minor people with regards will reduce the spreading speeds of virus and protect the society as whole. Such efforts represent a humanitarian discourse wherein we are in the same boat and give mutual help as well as protection. Especially facing the global sufferings of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are humanistic demands and spiritual desires for care and caring. In consequence, we propose a holistic horizon for studying bio-culture in attempt to secure medical human rights and to enforce clinical and research ethics through nurturing a comprehensive bioethical guideline. We stick with the justices between local societies and international cooperation in attempt to advance a sensitivity literacy to statistics and health for reducing knowledge gaps, empowering scientific citizenship and developing enabled populations for the future. In so doing, a constructionist culture will lead to ensure people's freedom as well as social justice with holistic and comprehensive care. In conclusion, we argue, following doctrine of means, people should learn from the diversities of nature and pay respects to the differences of universe in shaping good characters and earning capable stances. Although we shape our minds through material foundations, how to enrich mutual balance between mind and thing is case in point. All diversities by nature usually begin with one. With our mind, we may see renew themselves from time to time. Ruling is a quest for people in power. Doctors will empower and accomplish patients through clinical reflections. While we keep people first in mind and serve them with original intentions, the millennium will be achieved." |
