Transition services for college-bound high school students with learning disabilities have been a topic of intense discussion through a review of related literature. As an increasing number of students with learningdisabilities choosing to register for college-degree each year,the development of transition plans should be comprehensive in order to successfully ease this transition. The pu中ose of this article was to conduct literature review by examining the present practices and current findings from empirical research studies of transition services for college-bound high school students with learning disabilities. Finally,several implications for the comprehensive transitional needs of students were suggested. |
