"The purpose of this study is to understand the teaching experience as a new clinical nursing practice instructor, as a reference for cultivating new clinical nursing practice instructors and guidance guidelines. A descriptive phenomenological study was used to explore the teaching experience as a new clinical nursing practice instructor. Purposive sampling, one-on-one, in-depth with low-structural interviews were conducted to collect data. Stop collecting data when the data is saturated and no new feelings and thoughts appear. One-on-one interview and the research subjects agreed to synchronize the recording. The content of the audio tape was transcribed in the form of narrative within 24 hours after the meeting, and then the recording materials obtained were further summarized and analyzed. The results of the study found that the teaching experience as a new clinical nursing instructor is: preparing to accept yourself as a clinical nursing instructor, facing the challenges of multiple roles in clinical internship teaching, heavy load, crisis of confidence, comprehensive understanding and self-adjustment role positioning and playing, role task achievement and self-realization. The results of the study show that the teaching experience as a new clinical nursing instructor is a process of teacher role task fulfillment and self-realization.
