產後婦女之母乳哺餵自我效能、疲憊與哺乳意圖之相關性

"The Relationship among Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy, Fatigue and Breastfeeding Intention in the Postpartum Women"

"本研究旨在探討產婦母乳哺餵自我效能、疲憊與哺乳意圖的相關性，採立意取樣，選取於北部某產後護理之家產婦，共計120位研究對象。使用結構式問卷收集資料，所得資料以SPSS 22.0套裝軟體進行平均數、獨立樣本t檢定及皮爾森積差相關係數檢定。母乳哺餵自我效能平均總分為43.70分，哺乳意圖平均總分為9.22分，疲憊平均總分為10.89分。研究對象之母乳哺餵自我效能與疲憊呈現負相關（r =-0.275, p < 0.05），母乳哺餵自我效能與哺乳意圖呈現正相關（r =0.547, p <0 .00）。疲憊與哺乳意圖呈現正相關，未達統計顯著差異（r =0.015, p﹥0.05）。本研究結果可作為護理人員於臨床照護產婦母乳哺餵指導、支持之參考。"

"The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy, fatigue and breastfeeding intention in the postpartum women. A purposive sampling was used to select 120 postpartum women from a north Community Health Center. The structured questionnaire was used to collect data, and data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22.0 for the independent-sample t test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The mean score for breastfeeding self-efficacy was 43.70. The mean score for breastfeeding intentions was 9.22, and the mean score for fatigue was 10.89. Breastfeeding self-efficacy and fatigue were negatively correlated (r = -0.275, p <0.05), and breastfeeding self-efficacy and breastfeeding intention were positively correlated (r =0.547, p <0.00). Fatigue and breastfeeding intentions were positively correlated , but not statistically significant difference (r = 0.015, p﹥0.05). The results of this study can be used as a reference for future clinical care of postpartum women."
