重度障礙兒童生活自理能力檢核表之編製

Study on the Establishment of Life Self-Care Capability Checklist for Children with Severe Disabilities

中國地區政府近年來投入大筆經費在特殊教育方面，中國近百所大學設有特殊教育專業，筆者目睹身心障礙機構和特殊教育學校內，重度障礙兒童的人數增加，然而教師面對這群有特殊需求的孩子，未必有特殊教育專素養，常面臨束手無策的尷尬窘境。假如能有一套重度障礙兒童生活自理能力評估能力檢核表，那必然能事半功倍。研究參與人員：本研究以德懷術（Delphi Technique），來匯整專家學者對於重度障礙兒童生活自理能力檢核表之意見。因此，本研究的參與人員包括：1.大學特殊教育專業教師共28名，2.特殊教育學校教師177名。研究結果：重度障礙兒童生活自理能力檢核表共有82個題項，可以提供相關人員評估或檢核，擬訂個別化輔導方案，可以依重度兒童的類別和特殊需求來選取是用的輔具指導，以達事半功倍之效。
