The present study explores the relationship among positive leadership, teachers’ wellbeing, and teachers’ organizational commitment using MASEM-methods. Data and information were collected between January 2011 and December 2019, with a total of 31 relevant studies being put together for meta-analysis. The research results indicated a positive correlation among positive leadership, teachers’ wellbeing, and teachers’ organizational commitment. A medium effect size was found between positive leadership and teachers’ wellbeing, whereas there was a large effect size between positive leadership and teachers’ organizational commitment. So was the case between teachers’ wellbeing and their organizational commitment. Furthermore, according to the SEM analytical results, positive leadership exerted a direct effect on teachers’ organizational commitment; teachers’ wellbeing had an impact on their organizational commitment; and positive leadership might exert an effect on teachers’ organizational commitment via their sense of wellbeing. Lastly, this study proffered suggestions for future research based on its research results. |
