有故事的村子：忠勇村的社區觀光資源

Tourism Resources In A Pingpu Village Taitung

本文依據研究團隊多年在臺東縣長濱鄉進行田野調查的經驗，針對忠勇村所擁有的觀光資源進行分析，希望有助於當地發展社區觀光。長濱鄉忠勇村最早的居民係來自屏東的平埔馬卡道族人，該聚落周邊自然資源豐富，除了鄰近知名景點「金剛大道」外，忠勇村同樣擁有筆直劃過水田的產業道路，背山面海的環境使得當地田園風光絲毫不遜於臺東縣類似的景點。此外當地還有更多屬於人文面的觀光資源可供開發運用，早期移民從屏東帶來的玄天上帝信仰至今仍是團結忠勇村的主要力量，玄天上帝生日遶境是長濱鄉內的大事。而村內居民多半家中都有敬拜神明，因此發展出極具魅力與趣味的手作天公爐，這也是我們在臺灣各地進行田野調查所發現僅見於此地的特色。忠勇村也是麒麟文化、巨石文化的承載空間，村內居民家中庭院常可見單石陳列，可見此地歷史悠久之一斑。在臺灣各地已經十分少見的原住民風格手造老宅，在忠勇村中仍能找到數棟之多，這種取材自當地，以自然材料搭建的老屋固然不一定仍有住人，但卻能展現出先民的手藝與智慧，最為可惜的是當地原有一間平埔文物室，設於忠勇國小中的文物室展現村民日常生活與農作用具已有30年，卻在忠勇國小廢校後疏於妥善保存與照顧，文物室淪為儲藏室，臺灣少有的平埔文物展示空間，如今只能從數位保存的影像中欣賞這些先民器物。本文最後根據當地居民生活型態提出進行社區觀光時應注意的事項，在欣賞田園風光的同時可以配合步行或騎乘單車，達到運動健身的效果，而當地若推動社區觀光其成敗關鍵在於遊客是否能尊重居民生活，如果在不打擾居民生活的情形下能進一步瞭解當地人文歷史，則不僅對忠勇村及周邊聚落的經濟活動或有些許助益，民眾也能多一個具人文深度，亦能結合自然風光與肢體活動的社區觀光選擇。

Based on the researchers years of fieldwork in Changbin Township, Taitung County. This article analyzes the tourism resources of a Pingpu village, Zhongyong. Wish to help the development of local community tourism. Zhongyong Village is surrounded by rich natural resources. Near the well-known scenic spot ＂Kingang Avenue＂, Zhongyong Village also has an long and straight road that separates paddy fields and goes toward the ocean. In addition, there are more cultural tourism resources that can be developed in this area. The belief in ZHENWU EMPEROR brought by early immigrants from Pingtung is still the main force uniting Zhongyong Village. Most of the residents in the village worship gods in their homes, so they have developed a very charming and interesting hand-made God censer folk culture. This is also a feature that we found only in this place through fieldwork around Taiwan. Zhongyong Village locate in the ruins of Kylin Culture or Giant Stone Culture which shows that this village has a very long history. Tourist can easily find relics of Giant Stone Culture in residents' courtyard. Old hand-built houses with aboriginal style, which are already very rare throughout Taiwan, can still be found in Zhongyong Village. Such old houses show the craftsmanship and wisdom of the ancestors. At the end of this article, we put forward points that should be paid attention to when doing community sightseeing. While enjoying the rural scenery, tourist can integrate with walking or biking. If people can learn more about the local humanities and history without disturbing the lives of the residents, it will not only benefit the economic of Zhongyong Village and the surrounding villages a little, but also themselves.
