「憶兒時：南方童樂會」特展之補救式評量

The Remedial Evaluation of ''KidsFest of 5 ASEAN Countries'' Special Exhibition

國立科學工藝博物館（以下簡稱科工館）於108年4月3日至12月31日展出「憶兒時：南方童樂會」特展（以下簡稱本特展），以兒童出生至小學6年級為時間的縱軸，介紹越南、印尼、泰國、柬埔寨、馬來西亞5國的特色，並以各國新住民的童年成長觀點，展示相關的玩具、遊戲、甜點、童謠、故事與衣著、及各階段不同的文化禮俗等，讓參觀者可以透過展示內容及相關的體驗活動，了解與探索各國的風俗及其中所蘊涵的科學意義。展示完工後，在觀眾操作使用下，是否可達到預期成果，需時觀察，因此為評估本特展之展示效益，本研究在本展試營運階段，透過現場觀察、參觀者的非正式反饋及現場工作人員的意見，進行補救式評量並找出待改善的展示，後續則在經費許可的前提下進行調整，並獲得結論如下：一、本特展內容的傳達清楚且寓教於樂。二、展品資源的增加可提升操作的便利性。三、調整後的設施空間塑造更舒適的參觀環境。四、觀察民眾使用展品的行為有助提供適切的輔助與說明。

In order to promote childhood cultures of new residents in Taiwan, the National Science and Technology Museum (hereinafter referred as the NSTM) planned the ''KidsFest of 5 ASEAN Countries'' (hereinafter referred as the KidsFest) special exhibition. Covering from new born babies to 6th graders, it introduces the related cultures of Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia. Children's toys, games, desserts, nursery rhymes, stories, clothes at different ages from these 5 ASEAN countries are featured. Visitors can learn and explore the customs of these countries and their scientific significance through exhibitions and related activities. The completed exhibition required visitors' operation and observation to test whether it achieved expected results. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of this special exhibition, this study collected information from onsite observation, visitors' informal feedback and staff's opinions to conduct remedial evaluation with following conclusions: 1. The display contents of this special exhibition were clearly communicated and entertaining 2. The increase of exhibit resources can improve the convenience of operation 3. The adjusted display environment made the visit more comfortable 4. Observation of people's behavior in using exhibits can help provide appropriate assistance and explanations.
