To ensure food safety from the farm to table, it requires joint efforts of the respective government agencies devoting to the total food management, which helps shaping and assuring quality dietary environment. In 2018, we strengthened management measure of the import source control, improved food management regulations, carried out the supervision of food production and marketing chains, implemented 2nd tier food quality control, built a food safety information network and have improvement and innovation in the IT system of food safety management and the development of food inspection technology. |
