決策樹於預算查詢資料之研究──以A公司為例

A Study of Applying Decision Tree to Budget Inquiry Data Case of A Company

本研究以某公司預算查詢資料為資料來源，分別應用C50、CART、CHAID、隨機森林等決策樹分類方法進行決策樹探勘與分析，以該公司預算查詢資料庫、預算執行資料表及工程請購資料表為依據，使用決策樹依輸入相關變數進行分析研究，並轉為具有預測性之分類規則。由四種模式的精準度比較而言，C5.0列為第一，準確度66.86%，第二為CHAID，準確度為65.71%，第三為隨機森林，準確度為64.57%，最後則為CART，準確度為62%，以C50的準確度最高。經由本研究探勘結果，以決策樹建構的模式，在工程種類的分類上可提供該公司相關採購人員在採購上的參考依據之一。

In this research, data from A company’s budget query system was used to explore and analyze by decision tree methods. A total of 3,978 budget data were extracted from the budget query system, divided into training data and testing data. This study used four decision tree methods including C50, CART, CHAID and random forest to build the model. Those models were used to predict the accuracy of the testing data.
