An interleaved high-step-up converter with voltage gain and improved leakage inductance energy recycling is presented. Thetested device achieves a higher voltage gain by use of coupled inductors and energy-transferring capacitors. Implementation ofnon-floating switches means that no isolated drivers are required. The operating principle and an analysis of the converter areprovided and a prototype was built and tested using a 38V input voltage and 400V output voltage, to validate the actual effectivenessof the project.
